Frequently asked questions

Why are all prints the same price within each size?

All of my prints are priced by size, not by individual design.

Each artwork is:

  • Hand-drawn in fine liner pen

  • Carefully digitized and refined to be print-ready

  • Printed using the same high-quality archival process on the same paper
     

Because the materials, print quality and presentation are consistent, all prints of the same size are priced equally. This keeps pricing transparent and fair and allows collectors to choose artwork based purely on what they connect with.

Prices may vary only by print size, or special finishes when noted.

What is Emily Black Design's return policy?

Each item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or selection, or buyer’s remorse.

I really encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order to make sure everything is just right. If you’re unsure about anything before purchasing, feel free to get in touch, I’m happy to help.

What if my order is delivered damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will make it right.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@emilyblackdesigns.com and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed, I will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If you’re based elsewhere and would like to order, feel free to reach out and I’ll see what’s possible.
