  • All prints are produced to order using a professional print-on-demand service.

  • Images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

 
Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are based on print size, not individual artwork.

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

 
Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or issues beyond our control.

Printing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are printed and fulfilled by my trusted printing partner, The Print Space.

  • Prints are produced using archival inks on premium fine art paper.

  • Paper type and finish may vary slightly depending on fulfillment location.

 
Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Orders are shipped directly from the fulfillment center closest to the delivery address when possible.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because all prints are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

  • Approved issues will be resolved through replacement or refund at my discretion.

 
Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of the artist.

  • Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

  • Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Personal Use Only

All prints are sold for personal use only.
Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 
Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Slight variations in color or paper texture

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or framing

My liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
