Refund Policy

Effective Date: 04.30.2026

Thank you for shopping with Emily Black Designs. Each piece is made to order and I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

1. Made-to-order products

All items are produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will make it right.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at: info@emilyblackdesigns.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Lost or missing orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact me. I will work with my fulfillment partner, Printful, to investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Refunds (if applicable) 

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Order changes & cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, I can only accept changes or cancellations within a short window after purchase.

If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.

6. Incorrect shipping information

I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact me immediately, I will do my best to update it before your order is processed.
